- High-dose clindamycin therapy in animals with severe renal and/or severe hepatic disturbances accompanied by severe metabolic aberrations should be monitored by serum examination.
- BIOCLAN should be administered with caution in animals receiving neuromuscular blocking agents as clindamycin hydrochloride itself has neuromuscular blocking properties and may enhance the action of such agents.
